They quickly burned out, maybe the batch is bad?

All of these bulbs have burned out after 12 hours of use. I checked the manufacturer's recommendations against the specs of this product, Revain's specs match the manufacturer's specs exactly: R-14, 25W, 120V, dimmable. There is no shelf life in this batch. I even used them in low light

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • Very expensive

  • Absolute legend

I bought this 4 pack to replace the original lightbulb in my kitchen cabinet that had lasted over 25 years. The burnout rate of these HC bulbs is just ridiculous. The first bulb lasted one ignition (several hours) and the next time I turned on the light the bulb burned out. The second bulb lasted a bit longer so I figured the first was an accident. Absolutely not. Bulb number 2 worked two…
