Works perfectly! in my review

We got a used Wii for XMas and didn't realize the TV we had doesn't have composite or AV connections. I was happy to see there was a Wii to HDMI adapter and bought it right away. It worked perfectly. Very easy to install and use, no issues whatsoever. Signal is consistent and the images are very clear. Highly recommend!

worked like a champ

As long as u install as instructed it works like a champ, had an old Sony dvd/vhs player and the HDMI port went out, was using the component connection until I got a new TV and it had no component hook ups.

Easy to Use Component YPbPr Converter for TV lacking functional HDMI Inputs

This device saved me from having to buy another TV because my current TV has faulty HDMI ports. I have several devices with HDMI outputs (dvd player. ROKU and TIVO) that I could not use with my current TV because of the faulty HDMI input ports. This YBbPr converter allowed me to use them with my TV by connecting to my TV's component input ports which were functioning okay. PRESTO! Also, I was able to connect all of them to my TV at the same time using a HDMI switch box with multiple ports. Good

Easy to use, great results

We bought a new 4K Smart TV with HDMI ports, it did not have the RCA ports for my 30 year old DVD/CD surround sound system. I looked on line and ordered a YPBPR to HDMI from another company and it did not work, I returned it and they sent me another one, it didn't work either. So I decided to try a unit from another company which is this one I am reviewing. I hooked it up, which took all of ten seconds, turned on the DVD player and it worked beautifully. The picture was sharp and crystal clear.

Works as advertised

Purchased this converter so that I could use my older DVD player with my new Roku TV. Works exactly as advertised. Easy to connect with quality picture and sound. Highly recommend.

Works well - have additional converters connected to HDMI input with no noticeable lag

I'm using several RCA to HDMI converters along with this HDMI switch and RCA converter - no noticeable lag and the picture quality is as good as one can expect. Very happy with the purchase and to have my old consoles on my newer TVs.

Works like a charm for the Nintendo Wii!

Used this to connect our old Wii to our media room projector. Works like a charm! I’d highly recommend this option over the other Wii HDMI adapters that do not also supply audio over the HDMI cable itself. Who in their right mind wants to run additional cabling just handle analog audio?

Works fine. One flaw.

It does what it says. One drawback is that it always outputs a blue screen that says something like "no input" when that component isn't on. It confuses HDMI switches when it comes time to auto-switch. Sometimes you can overcome it if you put it on the last port of the switch. But sometimes they won't auto-switch if you turn on a component connected to a higher priority port. And Lord help you if you have two of these connected to the same HDMI switch.If there is no input, it should just shut…

Works like it should

I got a Wii where the RCA cables weren't working for whatever reason, so I looked up this and bought it for the low price and quick shipping. It works perfectly, and the image is great (no, it won't upscale the image, that's not how it works. For example: if you have a blurry painting and take a picture of it with a super nice camera, it's not going to appear as a really sharp painting on the camera screen, it's still going to be blurry.
