Terrible product! First, the thumb hole is literally the size of a coin! The way they show you how to put these braces on doesn't work because they aren't long enough. I have a 7 inch wrist and I can't adjust it unless I pull on it so hard that it cuts off circulation in my hand and even then barely reaches the Velcro. It doesn't mold or follow the shape of your hand or thumb, it's very uncomfortable and small.

I have CTS on both wrists so I liked the idea of getting two braces for a good price. And to be honest, they're easy to put on and compress my wrists. The problem is that they are designed to put too much pressure on the base of the thumb. Because of this, I developed painful nerve spasms in my thumbs. I even get my thumbs shot when I'm not wearing them. To avoid further nerve damage, I'm sending them back.

Manufacturer seems to think "thumb hole" is adequate support. It is not. There is only one way to put on these straps - insert your thumb and wrap it around your wrist. The problem is that the material is thin. So if it's too tight, it will block blood to the thumb. If it's too loose, then the wrist support is insufficient. In fact, that's not entirely true, because thumbs are uncomfortable. Bad design, don't know why people give 5 stars. Must have a thumb sleeve or something
