🌬️ A/C Heater Blower Motor Fan Assembly for 2014-2019 Kia Soul: Efficient Climate Control Solution Review

This heater blower motor assembly is a complete waste of money. I installed it in my automotive and it barely blew any air at all. The motor was loud and had a terrible vibration. The only good thing about this product was that it was easy to install.

I got concerned when I saw it wasn't exactly the same as the OEM replacement part. The cable connection is in a slightly different location (an improvement actually), and the perimeter of the fan housing is slightly smaller. But it fits like a glove and works well. The only criticism is that it is significantly louder than the original. Although annoying, I have an air conditioner for the price I could find over the counter at an auto parts store.

I'll give a 5 star rating but also a warning to all other weekend mechanics like me. 1-In cold weather, black plastic becomes brittle and breaks easily. (JB welding to the rescue) 2-Small wire extension reverses polarity! I thought it was just a very handy 3 inch extension. ($450 later - my mechanic just removed the extension and it worked like a charm!). Unfortunately, getting to that Kia Soul fan motor is a SERIOUS investment of time.
