This is the first time I've found a solution to not sleeping. It blocks strange noises at night so I can sleep soundly. It even blocked the "catchy tunes" I get from songs I've been listening to all day that just won't go away.

Small compact device with many sound options and high volume. Bought to simulate a fan for an upcoming cruise and it definitely fits the bill. Battery life not tested but charged via USB cable like a phone. Can be used for both children and pets.

I've had no problems with this sound machine. Sounds like natural sounds, not distorted at all. Easy to use. Reverts to previous settings every night when I turn it on. Very satisfied and highly recommended. You can turn the light off or on. The only thing I would like is a protective bag or something to carry on the road.

Well I bought this sound machine about 2 weeks ago and the battery is still not empty. I use it several times a day to put my baby to bed and it works for at least two hours each time. Basically we only use rain sounds and it's perfect. There are so many other sounds to try, but at this point when I hear rain, I want to go to sleep. We also took it on a hike and it was great. We found this sound machine to be high quality, compact and easy to carry when traveling. The charge lasts at least 5 days, and we leave it on all night while we sleep. The lighting is bright enough to be dimmed and volume is excellent. We tried many sound options and settled on some that we like better, although there are many options. I can't vouch for the sounds not being repetitive though, as many sounds like rain, creeks or waves seem to repeat after you've heard them for a while. We don't
