Not a belt but would be a great belt for the cops

An unfinished piece of vegetable tanned leather. There is no doubt about its strength, but using it as a personal belt is simply impossible. The thickness of the skin (not split) makes it almost impossible to buckle and unbuckle. I had to drop my pants to take them off after trying them on. Having worked in the leather industry for many years, I have never launched a product that looks so bad that it was designed to be worn by a human (more like armor). Seriously, that would be a great leather…

Exactly what I needed.

This is a tool for me. I went looking for a leather belt similar to the one I had but got lost on the trip. I thought it was the best belt I've ever had. I came across this one and when I saw it was 1/4" thick I ordered it. I live on a ranch and always have things on my belt like multi tools, knives, weird things like cattle straps that I can use. Put in my belt and of course usually a handgun in the .22 to 44 magnum range or both, either belted or holstered. I can't use a flimsy little belt…

The best work belt I've ever had.

I LOVE this belt! I waited a while before posting this review. I usually use a dedicated buckle, but opted for the roller buckle that comes with the kit. I still use it. It's very easy to thread this beast from the 1/4" thick strap the other way, then the reel makes it easy to pull it up and hook the hole. Most of my work belts (everyday wear) last several years, but these were all twice as thin and heavy as this one I'll probably be buried in a coffin with this belt on.

durable good for belt

This is a strong, thick and well made men's belt. It can almost be too thick unless that's what you're looking for. I am very happy with this item. It fits into the loops of my Carhart brand pants and also holds my Bianchi holsters with a snug fit on the holster loops. This strap can also serve as a versatile strap that's heavy enough to carry tools and the like. As a belt in men's trousers, I find it a bit thick, but that depends on the wearer's taste and of course also on the belt loops of…

Made from super thick leather. weighs about half a cow.

Make sure your waist is 4 inches larger than stated. I was concerned about the lack of stitching the full length of the belt, but when I received the belt it was half a cow. was a very thick skin, a team of oxen could pull at it. When using it to carry items like Kydex holsters it borders on thickness. Not wide but thick. Remember. Dealing with skin thickness. I gave it 5* due to the extreme durability I know she will have and the cost. I'm very pleased with how much better it supports than my…
