The first time I tried to put the cover on the ironing board, the Velcro fastener broke out of the cover. Too bad I didn't buy this case and will be returning it.

Nice and soft ironing board cover. It's attractive and works well. We have a standard size ironing board and it fits perfectly. I washed mine, despite being told not to, and it didn't seem to shrink too much; still fits fine.

Buy! The ironing board cover is very nice! I can't believe I'm actually taking the time to review this, but it's so beautiful I would recommend others to buy it. The finish feels very smooth (like cotton) and really allows the iron and material to move easily across the board. The cover is very close to the body and has a very good Velcro fastener at the back, the cover does not slip at all when ironing.

Liked the amount of padding, the velcro straps that keep the bag securely in place and the size. The original fretboard that came with my standard size board was fairly new, just barely. The J&J lining was stretchy enough to fit over my existing pillow, so now I have even more padding. Two straps are located closer to the middle and the wider end of the board. When I have problems I can just cock the narrow end, but so far this is the best ironing board case I've seen!
