Doesn't work with my cards

Compatibility details not listed. Seems to recognize my Proxcard II cards but cannot read them. The software is bad, the documentation is worse.

Pros
  • Connectivity: Cable
Cons
  • Not sure

Works with HID Prox Keyfobs (with optional free software)

Used to identify unknown code key fobs of our house. It required a free program called pacsprobe which I used to put a key fob on her and she gave me a hidden code so I could program her to work with our security system.

Pros
  • Features: Supports 125 kHz proximity technology. Small form factor. Integrated CCID implementation with support for PC, thin and zero clients. Backward compatible 5325 CL. Reads the unique number of HID Prox cards. Screw mount and card holder. Use in "push to go" mode and in permanent "attendance card" mode. Supports WINDOWS, LINUX and MAC operating systems.
Cons
  • I won't say anything

Used to identify unknown keyfobs for our building. It required a free program called pacsprobe which I used to put a key fob on her and she gave me a hidden code so I could program her to work with our security system.

Pros
  • Features: Supports 125kHz proximity technology. Small form factor. Integrated CCID implementation with support for PC, thin and zero clients. Backward compatible 5325 CL. Reads the unique number of HID Prox cards. Screw mount and card holder. Use in "push to go" mode as well as in permanent "card presence" mode. Supports WINDOWS, LINUX and MAC operating systems.
Cons
  • Some little things

Protocol specifications unclear from manufacturer, use in embedded devices requires emulation to run proprietary binaries to decode native cards. Using it with regular cards isn't that much of a problem.

Pros
  • Host interface: USB 2.0
Cons
  • Contact seller
