Robust and well made. I love the upholstery and the cross pattern on the sides, but the wood has a reddish tint that I don't like. I would like it to be browner, as in the description. I was very surprised by the color of the wood when I opened the box. Not 100% satisfied but I will.

Loved the packaging. Everything was packaged well protected and easy to open and in perfect condition. The instructions are simple because it is really easy to assemble. I have severe arthritis in my hands and even managed to assemble each stool in about 15 minutes each. The end product is strong, comfortable and complements my decor. Great price and I'm so glad I ordered them.

I am giving this item 1 star because one of the stools had a problem and the customer service is the worst ever - even nonexistent. . The top didn't sit properly on the legs, the two wooden dowels that connected the top to the legs were missing, and after assembly, one leg was about 3/4" shorter and one of the decorative nails was in the bottom of the box. i tried just getting replacement parts but about a day later i get an email saying "we are working on it".
