Excellent quality, but not suitable for radio because the inner rail is too thick. Great product, just not for our radios.

Does what it is supposed to. The clip is a little J-shaped so the radio hangs a little lower, and it's really only meant for thin straps.

I bought this clip hoping it would fit the plastic radio holder that came with my APX6000 radio. The clip that came with the kit did not fit my duty belt. It was perfect for both the keeper and the duty belt. It's offset slightly and has room for a strap attachment for a secure fit. The holder no longer detaches from my walkie-talkie belt. Highly recommended if that's what you want to achieve.

When I received it I tried to install it on the back of a battery whose clip I broke but it didn't fit. The metal hinge bracket was too thick and wide to fit into the slot on the back of the battery. I had to replace the loop with a loop from an old broken clip so I could attach the new clip to the radio battery. A little fiddling, now everything fits and works perfectly. I want the product description to be correct as I may be able to purchase a suitable belt clip elsewhere. I gave 3 stars…
