My daughter loves this toy, she is 6 months old. Her favorite thing to do is try to eat ends, but she really likes the sound.

Bought a few months ago - it was too big for my 5 month old to fit him good to keep but perfect now at 8 months. The kid has a lot of fun!

Child is under recommended age but loves playing auditory "echolocation" with his father. turns to hear where the faint sound is coming from and crawls with all his might to grab it. Suitable for controlled play up to the recommended age

Great rain stick toy for toddlers. I wish it was an inch or two shorter as it's a bit longer for a kid. Practical note for buyers! Do not immerse it in water to wash when you receive it, just wipe it with a damp cloth. I have moisture inside, it dries for a week.

Bought this as a Christmas present along with a Hohner Kids harness for our 9 month old grandson. He loves music and noise so this was a hit. He knew instinctively that every time all the beads fell, he had to turn it over. Turns out this is his favorite thing that he takes with him everywhere. Also, I was afraid it might break if dropped on our hard tile floors, but it's holding up well.

Such a cute toy. My baby loves to find a bottle of teething pills and shake it to hear it rattle so I figured it would be a good toy. I wish they made one that was half the length. It's a bit big for my 11 month old baby. My mother in law is concerned about the choking hazard if it breaks and the beads fall apart, but it seems quite durable. And I've dropped it myself a few times over time and it hasn't cracked or looked damaged.
