Like many people, I've decided I don't need to buy a taco holder. Until I did Now I love her! I mostly eat hard shell tacos and the shells that come out of the oven are very hot. Now I just pop them into the holder while making tacos instead of burning myself. Bonus, they stay in place instead of falling all over the plate. The side compartment is ideal for dipping sauces.
