This device can do it all! Easy setup, HDMI and SDI pass-through. The picture quality is excellent and the compatibility with different signals is flawless. Plus, it streams to mobile apps for a lot of other people - and can loot?! A BIG winner across the board. Latency can be a bit annoying, but other than that, this device is unrealistic for the price.

I love Mars 400s. We wanted to improve our video production for our live stream by adding a mobile camera and it was the right product. Mars 400s is lightweight and has amazing battery life. Although the range is listed as 400 feet, we were able to consistently connect to the upstairs studio. Not to mention that the video quality is on par with our wired cameras. Worth every penny.

This system makes our production work a dream. It's great that the operator doesn't have to crowd to see the on-camera monitor. A recommendation is to always use the batteries that come with it and not to cut power to the V-mount (we used the V-mount to power everything on our C200 rig). Turning off vmount makes it a little buggy, but once we figured that out, everything worked smoothly.

Man, this thing is awesome. I have an old Arrow Paralinx Plus that costs about twice as much as this one and the Mars 400S is much better. Super convenient way to attach the transmitter to a hot or cold shoe. Also very impressed that I can run the receiver on USB power as my gold batteries on my client monitor have USB power connectors. I also love how small they are, I can easily slip them in my camera bag and take them anywhere.

Impressive Range! I used this to broadcast a welding competition where the receiver was outside and the transmitter was on my camera walking through an almost all metal room. I assumed this would limit my range to under 400ft but I was very surprised that it held up great and even slightly over 400ft however there were some subtle injuries behind it. Very impressive! Battery life was decent too. I got at least 1.5 hours on one battery but I replaced them before they ran out so they last longer.
