Poor quality. Not as described. The handle is not made of metal. It's a coated plastic. If the coating separates from the plastic and this comes from dissimilar materials, it creates a razor-sharp hazard that can cut your hands. This is a dangerous and irresponsible design change not listed in the online description. In my opinion do not buy.

I've been using my toolbox for many months now and knew it would last when I got it. The metal is hard. I accidentally stumbled across other things and it never scratched the paintwork. If you're looking for a durable tool box that can handle whatever load you put in it, give this one a try. It is very easy to use and has a very solid construction. You will not regret it!

This tool box is perfect! The quality reminds me of the heavy car tool boxes my father and brothers had in the 1950s and 1960s. The thick metal, box and inner shell are well finished and assembled, and the paintwork is top-notch. I got this for my husband's 60th birthday (you can tell I'm a true romantic) and I'm sure it will be passed down to his grandson for a long time to come.

I bought this box to store my cleaning gear/materials for my guns and it's the perfect size for a quick grab and rum. When I'm off the stove or field, I grab my grooming box from my desk, sit at the kitchen table, and have everything I need to stay calm. Saves time and energy. If you spill something along the way, it's easy to clean up without seeing your wife's annoyance for ruining her clean kitchen. That alone is worth the money!

I have not filled this box yet as I have not decided what I will be storing in it but the quality seems very good. The metal is quite thick and the box feels sturdy. The finish is very pleasant. The hinge runs the full length of the box, which is nice and solid. There are two small holes at the bottom which I believe are for ventilation, which I like. I'll probably put a rag on the bottom that will be a light buffer between the tools and the metal itself. I will probably buy more of these boxes
