Pretty but not very dense and photos online look more pastel than they really are. But my daughter loves it and will keep it.

Personally I have not seen the blanket. I bought this for my niece for Christmas but my sister said it was amazing quality and very soft. Her daughter only liked one blanket until she got this one.

Cute pattern, but almost like a piece of cloth. Was very disappointed as it is not a very good blanket. There are others here that would be worth the money. It's like a Wal-Mart litter. This role is too high. Returned arrived damaged

I bought this blanket for my almost 3 year old daughter. Her bedroom is mermaid themed and I wanted a blanket that complemented the room and was also significantly larger than the "baby blankets" we use to tuck her in at bedtime (she's still in her crib). This is a wonderful blanket. - a decent size, the colors are nice and bright and so soft! I have washed it several times and it has held up very well. Will make a great gift!

So I'd say this comforter is SUPER cute and very soft, but it's thinner than I was hoping for. The size I got is perfect for a crib or a small throw. I was hoping it would be thicker and bigger than twin beds but the colors are very pretty and overall my little girl loves it. If it were a little cheaper the thinness wouldn't be an issue but I think it's a little pricey for the quality otherwise a good buy.
