I was very excited when I saw my iron cover over the door. When I opened the plastic bag, two eyelets fell out. They weren't attached to the lid as it should have been, and there should have been four, not two. How can I return this case? It was made very, very cheaply, or it just wasn't tested the way it should have been. Husband thought it was a return sent to us.

As the lid that originally came with my over door ironing board was on the verge of falling apart, I was delighted with the thickness and fit of this lid. Everything went smoothly (after figuring out that I should screw the grommets on the lid onto the protruding screws on the ironing board first, and not the other way around). Covers the board smoothly. I couldn't be happier with this case.

This ironing board cover would fit perfectly on my over the door ironing board but one of the two grommets used to attach it to the board was included in the package. Because of this, I didn't think the cover was well done. I sent it back and never bought another one. Instead, I bought the Mainstays Over the Door ironing board cover, which turned out to be significantly better in comparison. The Mainstays version had thicker padding and the eyelets were very well made.
