This hat has great coverage, only problem is getting a 2 year old to keep it on his head! You can tighten it to keep it from blowing away. Excellent purchase.

The hat is a bit big for my 15 month old but I bought it expecting him to grow into it. He likes it very much and asks to wear it when exploring our property. I'm comfortable knowing his pale skin is protected.

Fits my little man 6 ¾" PERFECTLY. Very comfortable, easy to pack and the brim is a little tight in the wind. I've worn this hat on at least 50 hikes here in Phoenix and it shows ZERO wear. different!

Very soon we will be going fishing in Florida. At the last moment we decided to take our children with us. There are 2 and 4 of them so I wanted to make sure they have sun protection on the boat. I searched and searched until I found these. The price was perfect for us and it was totally worth it. They fit perfectly and the quality is better than expected! I can't wait to use them. The boys love them!

We used them on our trip to Big Bend National Park in early June and they did a great job of protecting us from the scorching sun. It was windy on some hills and the neck strap and bandana held the hat perfectly. My kids are 5 and 4 and the bungee in the back has allowed me to get in good shape. The kids didn't complain about the uncomfortable hat and wore it everywhere. Closing the bandana was so easy my kids could open it themselves.

My 3.5 year old loves this hat, he really wants to wear it. It fits comfortably in the growth area as it's adjustable, offers plenty of coverage and the orange color is bright and fun (and easy to spot, great for finding the hat and watching baby!). It also holds up well in the wash as it has been washed many times with no signs of wear (hang dry most of the time on a gentle cycle though after going through the dryer). I wish it was in funnier colors like printed or something.
