It's ok but not very satisfying. I've put them in my closets and drawers, but they don't smell like cedar. The bags themselves smell nice. I've even tried opening the packets and adding cedar oil to the shavings, but with little improvement. Nice concept but they don't work for me.

I use them to protect my yarn stash and finished knitwear from moths. I use two or three per bin or drawer. I also hang some in my closet to protect my nice wool shirts and my husband's suits. They smell great and are sealed tightly at the top to keep the chips from falling out. At first I ordered a pack just to see what they are and immediately ordered two more (I have a lot of yarn). I feel they are good value.

We have encountered a problem when our clothes, no matter how many times they have been washed or cleaned, have an odor. The woman pointed to the boxes. This product contains 12 bags of cedar wood pieces at a great price. There is actually cedar in the bags as you can see from my photos and videos, I opened them up to take a look. My one star delete is that I suspect these packages were soaked, sprayed, or otherwise exposed to cedarwood oil outside of the oil in the wood pieces. The smell is very strong, the bags feel oily while the wood inside is quite dry and has a mild smell. I suspect they added oil to the bags to enhance the smell. I'm not

I have reviewed TENS of these cedar boards and read review after review from those who claimed the product just didn't smell like cedar.
