I put two of these on a headboard shelf I made for my grandson's bunk bed. The USB charger is handy for charging your tablet. Very happy with the design.

Use these in a guest room where we have bookshelves on each side of the bed. Attached to bookshelves and they are perfect. You can also tilt them to provide ambient lighting in the room. Great bonus to have a USB!

I bought this light because I wanted to plug it into an outlet. The picture shows the power cord and the description says you need to cut off the power cord if you want to connect the device directly. The power cord is not included and is not supplied. Waste of time ordering and even more waste of time returning it.

holes on both sides attaching the front to the installed bracket. are not parallel to each other, although they would be 45 degrees from the center line. So they're not there, after we drill a headboard into a new bed, the frame is level, we fasten it and they're crooked, then we realize they're not punched at right angles. Had an easy install, pain in the ass, had to do it twice.

Five stars because it's functional, compact and comes with a USB charging port. However, another reviewer is right about the difficulty in aligning it. I have a slightly crooked assembly, but it doesn't matter in my application. The light is very bright and concentrated and can be easily directed to any angle. I read something before bed (from a real printed paper book!) and this lamp is great for that.

I bought this lamp to replace a similar IKEA lamp. I use it in my bedroom over my bed for reading at night. This is a good and affordable replacement for the $70 IKEA lamp. The only problem is that the light is too bright and the beam is too wide. The one I replaced was intended more for bedtime reading and didn't protrude too much from the immediate surroundings. Our guide is a bit vague, but understandable after the second run.

Great for reading in bed before bed - it's bright and shines where you need it. A small but annoying detail: A tiny blue light shines on the on/off button. I believe the designers placed it there so that the lamp could be turned on at night. The problem is that it lights up when the lamp is on. As soon as you switch off the lamp, the light on the button also goes out. So when it's dark you can't see where the lamp is!
