I've had a few of these in the last 5 years or so (I lose things a lot). Looks like they changed the production source as the metal no longer holds its shape. If you put too many bills in it, it will expand and then be useless for anything thinner. The old ones never stretched/opened, they ripped badly after years of use.

This clip purse is perfect for organizing my cards and cash without adding extra bulk. I like everything simple and uncomplicated. Instead of carrying a bulky wallet, I usually prefer an aluminum RFID wallet, but I don't like having to fold money. I'm also limited in the amount of cash I can carry to keep the wallet closed. The design is excellent and strong. With a number of cards exceeding 6-8, it is quick and difficult to find cards in store or drive through. This purse is well made. I have a feeling this is going to take forever. If you're carrying a few cards around, I'd look elsewhere, as accessing infrequently used cards can be a bit tricky. I also don't find this wallet a bit cumbersome to carry in my front pocket. However, I can find it inconvenient just because I have half an inch of cards in my pocket. If it's thinner, it will be more comfortable.
