I LOVE this wax and love how long it lasts but by the time I get to the last tube the container is completely sticky and difficult to work with. I've tried so many ways to keep this thing clean but nothing seems to work and the lid keeps cracking or breaking in half. Container aside, this wax is by far my favorite of all the waxes I've tried. Don't really like it. It sticks strongly and is difficult to remove once the wax has stuck to your hand or clothing. Even if we wash our hand in hot water, it doesn't melt. It is difficult to get the wax from the box into the wax heater. It was a disaster. A little relief when trying to apply it is good and the hair is completely removed without rashes or allergies. Wax remaining on the body is not washed off with water. I have to remove it will be a moisturizer. Strange.

Is it possible to get a bad lot of wax? I went back and forth trying to decide whether to return or not when my package arrived.
