Started sporadically after 2 months

I used to connect the Zoom H5 headphone output to a pair of Roland Cube Street speakers (using a Hosa 3.5 stereo splitter and two such XLR/TRS cables ). combo inputs) and it worked pretty well until about 2 months later during a live workshop the sound cut out on one of the speakers. The cables were only touched 2 times (when I installed it at home and when I removed it to transport speakers) so I didn't expect any of them to fail so quickly.

Came in non-working condition.

I bought this in April as a backup as the cables wear out after a while. I got it today and found it doesn't work at all. Since I didn't use it right away, I must have missed the return window. Now I'm stuck with a useless wire that arrived DOA. What a useless POS. It was a cheap $6 or $8, but it's a $6 or $8 that I feel like I just gave away. I will buy another one but a DIFFERENT BRAND. I was HOSA HOSA. If you buy one, test it right away to see if it works!

False advertising in Stereo jack cable

." So the cable is designed to split a mono signal from a 1/4" output to both channels of a 3.5mm input. To use it in the opposite direction (with a 3.5mm stereo output) will add signals, can damage your hardware. If you want to use this as an inexpensive way to connect your phone, tablet, computer, etc. to your speakerphone or sound card, use the accessibility settings to change the audio output to mono.

Pros
  • cable and connecting cable
Cons
  • Modernity

Well made and good value

First of all this cable was hard to find and when I ordered it it was out of stock. It took a few weeks but it was worth it. I like to practice my bass along with solo tracks with headphones so as not to disturb the family. This cable goes from my laptop with a 3.5mm jack plug, which is currently playing a solo track, to a mixer with a 6.35mm jack plug, on which I also have bass connected on another channel. I plug my headphones into the mixer and get the right headphone mixing. Not much to say…

An integral part of the silent television setup

There are many ways to display this product. I want to give an example of how my family used it. This is a great feature cable with many other uses. After trying to use the My Zone wireless headphones failed due to their terrible sound quality, my tech-savvy husband bought me this cable as part of a setup that allows me to listen to the TV as loud as I want, without him or her disturbing my neighbors. I connect this amp directly to my headphones or headphones via a special adapter when I'm…
