Upon opening the box, I immediately noticed that the bottles were leaking. I found the vertices were NOT STRETCHED! How easy it is to put the cap on the bottle, ready to ship! So I have to sort through the holey mess before I can even figure out how to use it!

Wonderful fragrance! I always have lavender at home! My great grandmother taught me that bugs HATE lavender. I am very grateful that it smells so good. The addition of vanilla only enhances the flavor. uhh.

This thing smells like a funeral home. Not a good funeral home, but a horrible, ugly, horrible funeral home where the bodies are kept in the basement. The scent is reminiscent of rotting flowers, baby powder, ebb and flow. If I was too thin - it stinks.

Ordered as a gift. I ordered 2 bottles of Japanese cherries and 2 mulberries. All 4 bottles arrived partially opened and leaking from the packaging and cartons. I now have 3/4 to half full bottles. I don't mind spending money on decent products, I really want to get all my products that I paid for. So a gift in the toilet. Can you try to build a decent quality control department?

The bottles were labeled cinnamon but the smell wasn't cinnamon it was cherry! The bottles were packaged in a ziplock plastic bag and shipped in a mailing envelope for better protection, not a box! Lids were loose, not closed and leaking! It was like they were filled to order but with the wrong oil when that oil didn't feel oily when it leaked onto my hands! Will return!

I knew exactly what was in the soft packaging from the smell coming out of the nested packaging. Almost half of one of the bottles was scattered everywhere. There was a pea-sized hole in the bag the bottles went in. I don't usually write negative comments on purchases, I just don't buy anymore, and if it was a gift for someone 🙈 If they only capped oil bottles I would be a happy camper because I really like the scent.

Decent size bottle. While the sandalwood scent is a bit over the top, it's still pleasant, with no harsh odors. Another flavor I bought earlier was Butter Vanilla Sugar Cookie and it's really delicious. A small amount of product was spilled but the bottles were carefully and adequately packaged so that a small amount of spillage did not escape the packaging. I will buy more of their products.
