Terrible product. I think it was used because the filter was very difficult to remove and didn't look new. Day 3 I was about to take a shower and water was pouring from everywhere! I was very happy about it, but now I'm very sad.

Today I bought this almost exactly three months ago. I really liked it at first, but today when I took a shower, the plastic part that holds the shower head broke. The shower head flew off my foot, cut the top of my foot in 2 places and badly injured it, and almost completely cut my soap in half while flying around my tub. Please purchase shower heads with metal fittings to prevent this. or God forbid harm your children :(

I had it for 5 months and everything was going fine. One evening I'm cleaning the house and my boyfriend jumps in the shower. In less than 5 minutes I hear "AAAAAA! Baby, come here!” I run to the bathroom and see water EVERYWHERE. On the mirror, floor, countertop, toilet bowl, every wall and ceiling. Imagine turning your bathroom into a water park and this is what it looks like. The shower head literally broke off in the middle of the shower.

This product broke after only 1 week of installation. The deal fell through, it started leaking, and once it's removed we can't even get to the filter. Unfortunately, since we didn't install it immediately upon receipt, Revane said we missed the return window. :( If the seller contacts me for a replacement I'm willing to change the rating as it worked great and I didn't notice any difference from the T3 filtered shower head during the period it worked.

This is my third shower head, each one different from the model hence my third review. Yes it is good and easy to install. I buy the HotelSpa because of the activated carbon filter that helps reduce the pollutants in our water and the steam shower causes an increase in respiratory problems like my asthma. The first model had a larger head and just wore out, I couldn't open it to change the filter and the next was the manual model I have in my guest bathroom. I also like them for the water flow…

I do not recommend buying. Aside from accidentally buying it and not the hand shower; As a person who gives something a chance, I tested whether it was worth leaving. There is a leak at the back where water splashes, where the product can be disassembled to change the filter, and there is little water flow. However, if you remove the slider, you may get a better result. I've tested different settings and to be honest I've had better shower heads than this one. Needless to say I sent it back…

I am completely satisfied with this shower head. We have hard chlorine water in the city. The filter in this device removes both chlorine odor and harshness, making showering much more comfortable.
