Terrible craftsmanship! Just spend your money on a better product. I ordered 48 and only needed 20 at a time. I only found 3 good ones out of 48! No exaggeration at all.

They are well made for the price. What I particularly like are the metal tabs that hold the back. Use pressure to hold the back instead of using a screwdriver to pull the "regular" tabs back and forth to open and close the back.

Such an amazing price for these great frames! My husband and I decorated our apartment with engagement, wedding and travel photos and these frames were perfect. We wanted to hang lots of photos without going broke. They are SO AVAILABLE and look so beautiful in our walls. Buy it! This is such a good deal!

Very well packaged for shipping and arrived in one day. The finish might be a bit too glossy for some tastes, but then again, they cost less than $2 each, including shipping. It's easy to mount your photos and they offer you the option of hanging them or they have a stand to place them on counters etc. Good value for money in a pack of 12!

I didn't contact the company because only one of the frames was broken and I liked the quality frames. The company contacted me after seeing my first review! They asked what they could do to get it right and offered some suggestions. They completed and sent the footage within 4-5 days. 70 years!

This company is a pleasure to do business with. I bought them to put pictures of my 12 nieces and nephews on the coat. 1 frame torn in the corner. I contacted the company and asked for 1 frame replacement. They responded almost immediately and said they would send a replacement. Well they sent me 12 more frames and they arrived within 2 days! bought these to give his friends framed photos with graduation gifts. Super happy with the price I got, unbeatable. But they are hard quality and there is a pattern on the outside which I didn't notice until I bought them. The backs that reveal the photo changing stand are very difficult to slide back (I use a quarter to raise and lower it). They also have a very bad odor from the factory that made them. And I had to open them all up and wipe them down with rubbing alcohol and a microfiber…

Excellent frames, exactly as described. Easy to use, does the job and looks nice. However, the frames smell VERY strongly of the pungent smell of vinegar. It got to the point where I had to take them all off the shelf and put them in a bag of baking soda for 1-2 weeks. What did not get rid of the smell! I've now taken to putting my frames outside in the sun to hopefully air them out, but so far it hasn't affected the smell at all. Even if I touch the frames with my hands, the smell of vinegar…
