This is great furniture - strong and beautiful. I was able to assemble it myself (although it would be easier with a second person). The only thing I don't like is that the bag handles are just wooden dowels that fit into the fabric loops, but aren't held by anything - as soon as I take the bags out of the basket, the clothes go into the sorter, pins fall in a pile of clothes to the ground. Took about an hour and a half to assemble. The wooden dowels that hold the laundry bags don't hold it. The locks are loose and keep falling out. Once screwed in, it doesn't stop because it's solid. The screw keeps turning which means it can be easily pulled out and it did just that! After reassembling it and pulling the handle to recline, the entire door came loose.
