Underwhelming performance and design

When I tried this laptop, I was disappointed with the slow processing speed and mediocre graphics .The clunky design and lackluster display added to the overall disappointment..

The laptop was in S mode

I bought this laptop on purpose because it displayed Windows 10 Home. Nowhere in the product description did I not see the word S mode. However, it was in S mode at startup. If I didn't need the laptop right away, I would return it. Very disappointed.
