This is a good configuration despite the old technology (4th Gen DDR3 G1). But I got "HP Elitebook 840 G1 2014" instead of "HP Elitebook 840 G1 2018". 4 years older than expected. So I returned the item because spending $300 on a 5 year old laptop is not a good idea for me. I was a bit disappointed and ended up buying a new one.

I am very picky about laptops and I was impressed with this one for the money. With i5 and 16GB of storage and SSD, you can't lose. You can triple your hard drive when you buy a 400GB MicroSD for less than $99. This is my second - highly recommended.

This computer will kill me. I knew I was ordering a refurbished computer, but figured it would be in good condition. The screen flickers and goes black after 30 minutes of use.
