HP Cartridge Cartridges LaserJet M477Fdn Review

I ordered a pack of two cartridges, the box that was delivered contained two cartridges, but the box was too small and there was only one in it.

My toners came in plainer and not as bright boxes as advertised. They flashed on the printouts. perhaps generics or reconstituted were shipped. Otherwise the color boxes that were in the past worked great. I will send them back and be more careful where I order next time.

I have ordered these two HP LaserJet cartridges. There are NOT TWO in the box. The box says 2 but when you open it there is only one in the box. You must rely on NOT looking into the box when receiving it. I'm not even sure if it's HP branded as it says JetIntelligence on the outside of the box. No original HP packaging. NOT ORDER!

This is a remanufactured product, not a new cartridge. The photo is misleading and nowhere does it mention that it is not a new HP cartridge. Also, I was supposed to get 2 cartridges in the box, but it was only 1. I wasn't the only one with this problem. Many other reviewers only found 1 cartridge instead of 2. Fingers off!

I have a stock of toner in case we get a larger order. So I had it on hand for a year before I needed it. Found that it does NOT fit my printer. I've been using this particular toner for years, so I know it was a packaging error and not my ordering error. But Revain does not give me the opportunity to return these very expensive toners. ideas?

. The box doesn't even hold two cartridges even though the outside says it contains two cartridges. The box looks very typical and may be a refurbished or counterfeit product. Definitely does not match the photo or description. The price is like two cartridges! If I could give a lower rating I would. Sent back the same day I received it.
