We have an HP 601M printer in our office that uses a CE390A regular capacity ink cartridge. I bought this "High Performance" cartridge (CE390X) because the Revain website SPECIFICALLY STATED THAT IT WILL FIT, BUT IT WILL NOT FIT! I bought it a few months ago (so we have a backup if the printer runs out of ink) so it's certainly too late to return it. Extremely annoyed :(

I am very disappointed that I was not able to contact Revain or HP to resolve this issue. I received brand new high capacity toner less than 30 days ago and it is defective. This is the placement of black dots on ANY sheet of paper. When I replaced the toner the dots disappeared so I know it's the toner and not the rotating mechanism. I would like this toner replaced with a new one as we only used about 10%.

This is a high capacity toner, it fits M602n/dn/x. It is also sold in double 90XD to save extra money. You can get refilled cartridges from other manufacturers, but this can damage your printer because the cartridge's mechanics aren't designed to rotate for a second, a third, or more. times 24,000 pages and they reuse the core.
