I don't like the review process

I don't like the review process. I would call to return the product if I wasn't completely satisfied. I'm very busy at work and at home and I don't like checking everything.

As advertised. It was an unopened original cartridge. I needed to replace my magenta cartridge and I could get that at an HP store or office supply store, but at a much lower price.

HP toners are the best. I have purchased several different non-HP toners.

Expensive toners but good quality. So if cost is not an issue for you, HP toners are the best choice. I have bought several different toners from non-HP manufacturers, they are cheaper but you sacrifice quality.

Color cartridges are 75% empty after 2100 pages with 99% black.

This is ridiculous. And on one of the cartridges there was no factory seal. I feel completely ripped off. Color cartridges are 75% empty after 2100 pages with 99% black. I have never had this problem and am ordering them for the third time. Terrible.

Only original

After fiddling with refurbished devices and no problems. I went back to the original HP brand and have never looked back. The quality is consistently good and the page yield is excellent. Works long after the "cartridge empty" warning has appeared. What I like about these cartridges is that they print consistently to the end.

Genuine cartridges only
