🖨️ High Yield HP 05X CE505X Toner Cartridge - Black, Compatible with HP LaserJet P2055 Series Review

I have an HP LaserJet P2035 printer and this HP 505X cartridge does not fit. The product description for the 505X says it fits my printer, but it doesn't. I went to install this 505X cartridge this morning and found a mismatch. I feel like I should be able to return the 505X to Revain and get my money back. Please advise. Thanks very much! I haven't installed the toner yet but I don't think there will be any problems. The delivery was quick and the item arrived in perfect condition. The only thing that bothered me was that it wasn't packed in a box like in the photo. Instead it was packaged in a plain brown box with a label stating it was a new cartridge in basic packaging and brown packaging for safe shipping. The label is reassuring. This toner cartridge says it's HP but it was packaged differently than I've ever seen, not in a normal HP toner box, it was in a very odd one way packed. Now all of a sudden I'm getting error messages from my printer and it won't print any job more than 10 pages without ending it until it finishes and then sends the error message. This toner cartridge is shown at Revain in regular HP retail packaging. However, when I received it, it was in Jane's plain box. I don't know if I received a Chinese counterfeit or a refilled toner cartridge. There is a sticker on the box saying it is genuine HP but to be honest I don't trust that sticker. The first rule when shopping online is to check the manufacturer's website or read the manual to make sure the product is compatible. Unless you have previously performed your due diligence, do not rely on the brief description alone. Second, I don't know why people buy third party products.
