Looks like the unit I ordered is leaking. Everything I print has a black line. He took out the toner, checked, there was a black streak of toner on the cartridge. Despite thorough cleaning with alcohol and a rag, the line is now back and I believe the device is leaking. I would like a replacement and will update my review when the replacement arrives. Edit: no answer yet

This is OEM HP - what else you need to know. Works perfectly to the last day and ounce of powder! I've tried secondary cartridges and they work well for the first few weeks, then they start to oversaturate or leave a film of that color overall, like a copier with the contrast turned on.

HP toner, how shall I say NOT CHEAP. But they work perfectly. I paid for this after repeatedly cleaning an aftermarket cartridge that kept sticking together. I will probably continue to buy aftermarket color cartridges as they are used less frequently, but for the black cartridges that I primarily use, I will stick with HP.

These high capacity cartridges will last for years. We print a lot of documents and have not had to change the black toner in our color printer for over three years. It's worth paying extra for a high return. You can purchase a Revain high-yield cartridge for the price of a regular-yield cartridge at an office supply store. It is no problem for me.

That's exactly what it's supposed to be. For a small fortune you can get gunpowder put on paper so you can read words and such. Combined with extremely expensive colors, you can display images with your words and more. Too expensive for what it is. All printers grab you by the balls and hold you mercilessly. However, I enjoy the short lifespan they offer.

I am very disappointed. It was delivered on April 1st, but I didn't install it until April 25th. Whenever we print, a vertical line of black dots runs down the right side of the page. I called the manufacturer and they said it was a defective cartridge. It was also expensive for my business so I'm very upset. I would appreciate a refund as the product was not delivered in working order.
