no best setup in Office Electronics

a nightmare setting! The HP installer did not work. Returned the printer for a full refund. I spent 1 hour on the phone with tech help and even allowed remote access to my laptop. The technician didn't know anything about the product and halfway through his servers crashed! I had to restart my laptop, the disk check fixed some errors and now the laptop can't connect to my bluetooth mouse! I have purchased several HP laptops and printers and have always been satisfied. No longer.

The printer broke after 32 days. I need help to return and get a replacement. No help from anyone

printers received on April 23rd. On May 24, the printer broke down. All LEDs on the printer are flashing. Will not print. I spoke to tech support on May 26th from 10am to 6pm. They said they had never seen anything like it and couldn't fix it. Revane said I can't return it after May 23rd. The printer does not work and is under warranty. HP said Revain should do well, but Revain said they wouldn't take it back. i need a replacement What should I do.

Setup can be a mess but everything else is great!

Make sure to follow the HP Easy Start installer steps carefully or you'll be in big trouble! I was bombarded with an armada of obscure error messages for installing a second "Freestyle" cartridge. If the printer continues to insist that a cartridge be installed in a particular order, just let it run in single-cartridge mode before installing a second, defective cartridge, and you'll be fine. What do you get from a working printer. excellent quality at a very reasonable price. Even "Instant Ink"

Worst printer among printers and supplies

I've only had problems with this printer. First, there is no menu on the printer itself. You should try to do everything on your smartphone. It is very difficult to connect to a Mac. He's always in trouble. I was in tech support for 3 1/2 hours today and they couldn't fix it. They kept doing the same thing over and over again. I wasted 45 sheets of paper printing a junk printer information report. Now they tell me to wait a few more days and they will contact me. Avoid this printer like Covid…

Good if you can connect it!

HP Smart NOT smart. I already have an HP printer at home and love everything about it except the HP Smart app. For the price, quality, and convenience of Instant Ink, this was the best printer purchase I have ever made. Basically what happens is that the HP Smart app can't see the printer on the Wi-Fi network so I would have to reconnect using the display panel. Now I need a printer for my office and I was hesitant to rely solely on the app but I took a chance because this model is a thermal…
