Underwhelming Computers for the Classroom

As a result of using this product, I found that the Windows operating system was sluggish and prone to freezing, making classroom sessions frustrating and unproductive. The pre-installed Office365 was useful for certain tasks, but overall did not meet expectations for a business laptop.

Do not buy! . The company doesn't answer questions (I tried, they didn't answer).

My zoom doesn't work and my screen goes black. No response from the company to my email. It has a blue tipped connector which I've heard refers to an old computer. I believe this is an old computer that someone upgraded and sold as new. The outside of the box said 4MB and someone very slowly put an 8MB sticker on it. Do not buy.

It's not a fast computer

Nice design and light weight but very slow internet. It doesn't appear to be 5G compatible. My son bought an Acer laptop that gets 100Mbps but this one only gets 37Mbps. It defeats the purpose of buying it for school.
