🖤 Black HP 45A Q5945A Toner Cartridge Review

The cartridge is advertised as a brand new product. I think this is an original cartridge that has been refilled with new toner and repackaged. I think so because my HP4345MFP thinks the toner is still empty after I installed it. However, it works and it was cheaper than going to a retail store.

Just a warning, HP will no longer honor these devices under warranty. I have tried to get a replacement from HP and they will not honor the warranty as it is no longer supported. I bought one and it had 92% toner left but after 8 months there was a stain on the drum. HP does not provide any warranty as this is the end of life.

The cartridge appeared to have come in retail packaging as described, but the cartridge was scratched in several places. My sister who has been an office manager for 20 years tested it and said it had been used and refilled. The print is of poor quality with stains and stains. We use the printer that came with this cartridge for office copying ONLY.

The product information states "New Original HP (Genuine) toner cartridge" and "Yield of original HP cartridge (estimated): 18,000 pages". We bought this product a few months ago and it's now almost empty after only 2000 pages. 2000 pages are far from 18000. We have received a defective or used product. In both cases we did not receive the advertised product.
