I like how easily you can navigate through all aspects (payroll/timesheets etc) without having too much "fluff" around it; this makes things very simple! The support team are really great as well - always happy when we need assistance so no complaints there at least from our end :) Would love more customisation options available but not something which would cost us extra money or require additional training either way!! Really nothing bad about anything specifically other than maybe some minor
