Great for thin phones

Looked good, works well for caseless phones. I don't recommend it if you have a thick case (the side and base don't hold the phone in place). Otherwise, it loads perfectly and, as I said, looks very nice.

Useless Junk - Cradles

Engine start sensors failed after a few months. It began to work erratically and eventually stopped working altogether. Although it still charges it doesn't protect my phone and as the name suggests is useless junk.

Looks solid and works.

Looks great and works well. It holds very firmly in the vent of my Chevy 17 pickup. It also holds my phone (s10) very firmly. I will buy a second wife. Appears to be a high quality product. Let's see how he handles the Texas heat.

Does not compress full size boxes

Great idea. Fun and easy to use. I have this for my wife's iPhone 11 and the hands are wide enough to grip but not deep enough. It retracts automatically without grabbing your phone 📲 So if you have a protective case on your phone it won't get squashed. Should be a thin case or no case.

No liability on leather phones.

Conclusion: I would not recommend this product for use with larger phones. After about a month of use, the support arms that slide out and wrap around the sides of the phone (iPhone 11pro max) no longer provide enough strength to hold the phone in place. I'm pretty sure the description says it supports a max size of 11pro. Charging still works well but isn't very useful unless the phone stays in the cradle. I don't know how good the customer service is as I haven't tried calling and not sure if

Too heavy for most air vents

I have a jeep. Round vents. Unstable. Does not support most vent mounting accessories. HOWEVER, this particular device comes with a ball mount. I simply did without a vent mount, found a ball mount of the right size (I used an Arkon camera tripod on a 17mm ball adapter along with a bolt-on flex shaft) that fits this device and mounted it the other way around.
