Injectors may need drilling

Nozzles that came with breather weren't enough, I had to drill injectors with my 1/16 drill bit and it screams! ALSO remove this BS AIS system.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Not sure

Fine - Air Filter

Looks great. You need to reset your carbs. The attachment is not very strong. Shakes the viola while moving. And I bought him the best bolts. They didn't last long.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Repair

Product yes for air filter

After installing the keys and installing it on my bike it no longer works, I had to put the original injectors and air filter back. bike I've been a motorcycle mechanic for 10 years. I've never had this problem, but that's what you get when you buy cheap stuff

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • I really don't like everything is fine

Like the look.: Filter

In short. NO INSTRUCTIONS! I have zero skills when it comes to working on my own bike. But over time and on the internet I found out. Looks great, came with injectors, we won't install them yet, we'll test the bike first. i have a yamaha vsstar 650 classic 2004. i would have given less stars but the installation was pretty easy! If anyone needs help please let me know and I will do everything in my power to help.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Nothing here

No guide best in motorcycle & powersports

I love this product. Looks cool on my bike. Installation was easy, but I had to look up how to do it on YouTube. Otherwise it wouldn't have occurred to me to attach the rubber gasket from the standard filter unit to the secondary one. Apart from that I am very satisfied with the packaging, the quality of the material and the fact that it came with brand new atomizers which was a nice surprise considering I didn't notice them in the description when I received this item bought spontaneously…

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • not reliable

Prepare for extra work without instructions

For starters. The filter set looks cool. The reason for such a low rating. First, it has no instructions. Second, I had to add a spring to the front of the cone to hold the filter in place in order for it to actually work. But it was a pain, I had to change things just to make it work. Finally, despite replacing the main jet, the bike still ran like garbage. In the end I decided to limit the airflow with nylon gaiters on top of the filter. But it all looks fantastic.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Some bugs

Never had to work.

GARBAGE. I spent $100 on this, then $50 on a new jet kit after the ones that came with it didn't work and it still didn't work with that air filter. I asked the Yamaha shop to spend 3 hours on the dyno to try and set it up. It worked great until you take it to the street and the first gust of wind or speeds over 45 stalls the engine. Of course NO REFUND after installation. Also, the set screws do NOT hold the lift cone. So be ready to touch a few screws for that.

Pros
  • this is amazing
Cons
  • weight
