I received this product and was already unsatisfied. Broke on the second day! Looks very cheap. I was also annoyed that returns are not allowed! I should have read the customer reviews before purchasing. I've learned my lesson.

bought this for my daughter. She loves it. was given the letter "A" and she couldn't wait to put it on. simple dainty necklace but baby loves to sit so win win =)

Pendant and chain are the perfect size. Great price for all of that. I would definitely do it again. I was sweating and already soaked. Still looks the same as the first day I bought it.

I bought 11 of these for my brownie squad - the pendant itself was surprisingly good quality (one of them had scratches which I didn't notice until I bought the necklaces removed) I would give 5 stars if one chain wasn't scratched and the chains were a bit heavier. Overall excellent value for money and they were packaged very nicely.
