Very good dress shoes, but although the length is good, the width around the instep is very wide. The laces were good square leather but didn't look good as they protruded too much and ruined the look of the shoe. I put on the usual round brown shoelaces, which looked much neater. Even with the laces fully tightened, there was plenty of room on either side of my legs. I bought them for vacation and found them very comfortable on a 4 hour flight. Nice looking shoes. It's just not as convenient as it seems. I usually wear Skechers with memory foam inserts but I liked the look of these shoes as they are said to have memory foam inserts. They were, but only on the heel, so they weren't as comfortable as the Skechers.

The loose fit should match the insole. Made in Pakistan as most of the shoes of this style are made there. I guess I'm paying for the Hush Puppy brand so shop around.

There is nothing not to love about these puppy boat shoes, they are like your best slippers that you recommend to friends and family.

The shoes were excellent quality but they were too big, they were a size 8 but wide, hopelessly glued together at the shoes. Should have noted it in the description had to send it back

As other reviews suggested ordering a size up, I followed that advice. Unfortunately they don't fit, waste of money, only buy shoes in store and not online.
