Arrived on time and well packaged, product works as I thought it would hold wood especially in this summer heat and keep my bald head cool and protected I wet it and forgot. .

It's more about me than the product. I ordered it for helmet wearers. This prevents the helmet from fitting properly, preventing them from using it.

Made of thin material, the headband is not thick at all. Save your money, go to the store and buy a decent bandana or go to your local motorcycle shop and buy some.

It will hold water for a long time but I think you should add a resin pocket on top where it will hold on your head. There will be a big difference in how much it cools.

I have had several issues with this product. First, black is a poor color choice for a cooling cap. Black absorbs heat and warms up faster. Second, most buyers wear this safely with a motorcycle helmet. without airflow through the supercooled material, the lid is ineffective. I get more cooling from a standard skull cap that has been soaked in water and wrung out.

I bought one of these a while ago and liked it so much I bought a second one so I could spin it. I usually wet mine, gently squeeze out the excess water, put it in a small zip-lock bag and toss it in the freezer for a bit. It keeps me cool during the 40 minute drive in the summer heat here in Northern Virginia. As soon as I get to work I just repeat the process and it's ready to go home.
