Good Antenna - Portable Audio Video

This antenna was very good and would have been easy to install - I ended up returning it as it didn't meet my specific needs but for the price it was very good quality.

Pros
 • NMO Antenna 136-174MHz Works for Motorola Kenwood Icom Vertex Blackbox HYT Hytera VHF Cellular Radios.
Cons
 • Minor

Good quality and goods received on time.

Item received on time as advertised and required for installation required on radios purchased. Quality seems good but only time will tell when it actually works for a while.

Pros
 • FM: 136-174MHz; SWR: <1.5. Gain: 2.5 dBi; Maximum power consumption watts: 150W.
Cons
 • Damaged

ANTENNA DESIGNED FOR BUSINESS BAND, too short for 2m ham band

ANTENNA DESIGNED FOR BUSINESS BAND, too short for 2m radio band. Still good value for an NMO mount, but note that you'll need a longer pin to get a good match for the 2m HAM band (144-148MHz).

Pros
 • This requires drilling a small hole (typically 3/8" to 3/4") in the surface where the bracket will be placed and is the best choice for an extremely rigid installation.
Cons
 • The list is getting long.
