I received this order and the chain had 6 kinks so I sent it back and ordered a replacement. The replacement order had 5 kinks in the chain. The pendant looks great and the chain is real strong but it was loosely placed in the box and apparently the chain just buckles. It's a shame because otherwise I would have rated it 5 stars.
