Great great tool on my review.

We bought this tool along with a set of 5 others. This one is so handy, with all four sides being useable for different purposes.

Pros
  • if you've never used one of these and your knees are constantly in pain you need this in your life!
Cons
  • It's not suitable for use on the face or neck

I am a trained IASTM massage therapist, with 33 years of experience. I have bought about 20 different tools from the Buffalo horn tools to stainless steel tools. This is my new favorite. Meets almost all my needs with the work.

Pros
  • Easy to use, I should have gotten one years ago
Cons
  • The edges aren't sharp enough for deep tissue massage

Heavy duty on my review.

I already had the Stickon Sickle Shape tool and liked it. Bought this to use the "pointe tip" to work the hard to get at areas on lateral side of knees. Also have found that the concave part works well on forearms and tricepts.

Pros
  • Made from high-quality stainless steel, this Gua Sha scraping tool is durable and long-lasting. Its smooth surface and curved edges ensure a comfortable grip and a gentle skin-to-tool interface, making it a safe and convenient option for soft tissue mobilization
Cons
  • The sharp edges can feel uncomfortable or awkward during use

Effective tool in my review

This massage tool is exactly what I was looking for, very comparable to expensive brands. Well made. Service was excellent as well as offering a fair price.

Pros
  • Helped with back and hand pain after one use
Cons
  • It can be time-consuming to use, especially if you're targeting a large area

Great when chilled.

Used with CBD and menthol. Put in freezer and hot water at the same time. Warm water. Works out great on knots. Can be rough in between fingers.

Pros
  • It’s really sturdy for being thin! Helped getting the knots in my husbands shoulders and neck area!
Cons
  • It's not recommended for those with sensitive skin or skin conditions

quality product good for me

This is a sturdy high quality tool. I use it to loosen the muscles in my arms daily. Fits comfortably in the hand when using.

Pros
  • gets the job done very well at an affordable price
Cons
  • It's expensive compared to other gua sha tools on the market

Wow - Incredible! good for me

I love this so much. I got introduced to this by my physical therapist when she'd massage my leg/knee after my ACL surgery to get to the deep tissues and really into the muscles. Hers wasn't this sturdy metal one, but I thought I'd upgrade for my home use - so happy I did. It's truly a dream! A word of caution though - do not pack this in your carry-on baggage! Mine was confiscated by TSA! They had no idea what it was and thought it was a weapon! I quickly bought another one and next time I'll…

Pros
  • It is great
Cons
  • It's not recommended for people with certain medical conditions, such as blood disorders

Great tool best in my review

My physical therapist suggested getting this to use on my muscles after breaking arm and wrist. Works nicely. Highly recommended

Pros
  • Awesome product!
Cons
  • It can be difficult to control the pressure applied during use

Very sturdy and well made.will hold up!

This is not a cheaply made tool. It will not give or bend when you use it! The only thing that could have been improved were the "finger hold slots", as well as the curve to accommodate the palm of the hand when pushing. Both were a little "off" ergonomically, and could have used smoother edges. Others I saw online looked like they might have been worse, though. I would recommend this product.

Pros
  • Very pleased - pretty straightforward product - but a great tool
Cons
  • Garbage aluminum

Easy to use and highly recommended

I feel much better after using this on my legs. I have severe chronic pain and this simple tool really helps. That's my feedback.

Pros
  • Great product!
Cons
  • It's not as effective at treating chronic pain as other massage tools

Great for PT tool! good for me

Purchased this to help with an knee, leg, hip and back injury. My Physical Therapist uses one so I thought I would try it at home. Works great!

Pros
  • Very sturdy tool.
Cons
  • All edges are the same even though one sould be less aggressive then the other.

This product was twice an identically shaped version so I ordered both. This item is much thicker steel although identical in shape. I am returning the less expensive version which was very disappointing in quality.

Pros
  • Just like the professionals use
Cons
  • The scraping sensation can be uncomfortable for some people

Achilles tendonitis

This tool was used and recommended by my chiropractor. She said it would be good for me to have and easy to use on myself. Yes, it hurts just like when she uses it on me. Helps to get rid of knots in calves.

Pros
  • I use it to replace one of my Graston tools and it works fine and was way cheaper
Cons
  • It doesn't provide enough pressure to effectively work out knots

Just what I wanted: my feedback

Nicely built, good feel, perfect fit in hand, don't get cheaper model to save a few bucks. The stainless steel is a little heavier than the aluminum one my PT uses, but it does the job.

Pros
  • Excellent quality!
Cons
  • The I shape design can cause the tool to slip out of your hand during use

Works well to target bigger muscles

Works well. I wanted something to be able to get my legs with and this has the length to do that. I use it in combination with a massage gun and really helps both for work out recovery as well as end of day been on your feet all day recovery. I use it with a light lotion or oil.

Pros
  • Great quality! I have the smaller one already and needed the bigger one. It’s exactly what I wanted.
Cons
  • It can be painful if used too aggressively
