I love wool, so warm and cozy

I love wool, so warm and cozy. I was looking for a good base coat for my kids and they are great. My kids love them, wear them all the time! Thin but soft and warm

Pros
  • Impressive
Cons
  • updates available

Excellent insulation/top

Bought this for my 14 year old daughter for her ski trip and it (along with a pair of Icebreaker leggings) has kept her warm under her ski gear. Like leggings, the sizing is almost the same as the adult Icebreaker XS but cheaper! if anything, just a little shorter in length than the adult tops, but not excessively. I love Icebreaker stuff because it's warm and non-scratchy and it really does NOT "smell" slightly - sure, but only after a few days or more! I recommend Icebreaker to anyone and…

Pros
  • Imported
Cons
  • Available in white only

Bought two of these for my daughter and they will be a Seattle favorite for three seasons. The shirt makes a great base layer for cold weather and a great long sleeve shirt for regular wear in moderate temperatures (50-60F). The tailoring and fabric are of sufficient quality to withstand daily use in the harsh conditions of 5 years ago. We do a lot of multi-day hikes where they serve as casual wear and pajamas (because they're comfy and warm and I can't take them off). This shirt and long…

Pros
  • Lightweight, warm merino fabric is breathable to prevent overheating
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than others

Runs small: Order at least 1 size up if you want a comfortable fit!

They are beautiful, thin and soft, but be aware that they run small! My son is 4ft 6in, weighs 62lbs, he is 8 years old and usually wears a boy size 8 shirt or size 8/10 top. Shrinks easily. If he wants it SKIIIIIN tight a size down would do, but it wouldn't fit longer than 3 months. Size 12 should allow him to wear it a little looser this year and maybe wear it again next year as a leather, one narrow underwear if the sleeves are long enough. The size 10 underwear was perfect for his size to…

Pros
  • Free-moving raglan sleeves
Cons
  • Some little things
