Everyday Midnight Merino 👔 Sleeve Men's Clothing by Icebreaker Review

Khabs is an avid hiker and former rock climber. Rain, sleet or snow - whatever the weather. He wanted something warmer for this winter hike and I did my homework. I read a lot of reviews and I took a gamble on this one. He was very happy with it, kept him warm. I can give him another. <3

Too small and too short. I have several short-sleeved merino wool t-shirts. Love her. They keep their shape and colour, do not smell. So I opted for the long sleeve version. This short was much tighter in size S than the short sleeves. And a few centimeters shorter. So it looked ridiculous. Immediate return. But the material is great. 😊

The Icebreaker is expensive, but if you can get a small discount, it's a great buy. I wear this shirt while cycling in winter and it gets sweaty. I hang it on a hanger by the wood stove and in the morning it smells clean enough to put back on. keeps its shape The fit is snug and not baggy. highlighted.

I use it for walking and in the recent cold weather I wear it under my work clothes. I used to buy Smartwool merino wool, but now the prices are too high for me. For this price this is a real bargain.

Slightly heavier than 150 and perfect for me at 40-60 under a light shirt, all Icebreakers have held up to above average loads and wash cycles very well.

The product works well as a base layer. It's worth noting that it's very thin and a little translucent. I wish it was thicker so it can be used alone on a warm day. However, this is a great product that doesn't compare to year-round merino wool.

The shirt was absolute with my favorite shirt! For almost 2 months since purchase. Actually full 5 stars. Very comfortable to wear, smells pleasant even after heavy training. Unfortunately, it now has 2 holes - and without any external influence or mistreatment. Hope it was an isolated case, because I ordered another shirt right away. Addendum from 2/28/20: The hole was actually an isolated case. Possibly clothes moths? Since it is a natural product, it can hardly be avoided completely…

Let me start by saying I bought it before year one and winter wear it will hold up to everyday wear at work, workout, hiking and just around the house. He's lost a lot of weight so I bought him a new, larger size. These shirts have an itch that goes away after you put them on. So if you hate it at first, just wear them around the house, wash them. Wear it, etc. Over time, it will become a shirt you never want to take off and an essential item in your wardrobe. This is by far our favorite brand…

Positive: Soft, thin, form-fitting, dries quickly, cools the skin under warm clothes and always smells fresh, feels very 4 seasons Negative: stretches when worn and somewhat loses shape, expensive, not warm, bordering on transparent, a Butterfly could probably eat anything

In general a high quality product. 100% wool. Ribbed knit. However (and this is NOT my first Icebreaker purchase so I should have known better) they tend to be a little looser and the sleeves a little shorter. I found Smartwool to be much better suited overall.

I'm assuming this shirt will be fine, but I won't know until I use it as a base layer in cold conditions. The way it happened to be stuffed into the box and turned inside out leads me to believe it has already been used. Poor delivery and product presentation.

Merino in excellent quality, good fit and a weight of 175 g/m² - a universal weight for year-round use. Like most merino wool, it's relatively expensive compared to synthetics, but it's worth it for the long-term benefits of merino wool.

I love these shirts. They look great on their own if you're careful. In less than two, you'll be very warm in all but the coldest of conditions.

The material is very comfortable, it itches a little when nothing is worn underneath. Below 15 degrees Celsius (59 F) I would recommend buying a warmer one. Size XL fits well and is very comfortable to wear; I'm 6.1 (1.87) and 207 (94 kg). Big might be fine too, but I wanted to be sure. A good product!

I bought an Icebreaker short sleeve t-shirt in black. It fits great and is very well made with incredible material. But I had a strange problem. I looked further down and found what appeared to be small hairs. I waved it off until I noticed that the hair on my chest and lower abdomen was sticking out through the mesh of my shirt. It gave my wife lots of laughs!

Warm. Good thickness. Haven't had it that long but have worn it a few times as a base layer for hiking, biking, walking the dog. A very useful weight for layering.

I'm a fan of merino wool in general (my friends joke that the merino sheep is my spirit animal) and own all Icebreaker pieces, especially several of the LS from the Everyday collection. Unfortunately now changed after years.NO MORE RAGLAN SLEEVES! Sits awkwardly with broad shoulders and sleeve length tends to be shorter. But now a tone in tone Icebreaker Will give direct feedback on the cut & hope that other customers with a similar view will do the same so that the raglan sleeves come back…

Awesome Shirt! Gift for my husband and he loves it. 100% wool is breathable and will keep you warm in cold weather but not too hot.

This thermal top, along with a few others, has been circulating in my closet this winter. The only downside is that it's not as good as the alternative. I've bought this and several others from the Macpac store and I have to say I prefer Macpac. They're a little heavier for the same price and have long sleeves with thumb loops, so tuck them right under your gloves to keep you warm. In any case, you like this icebreaker too and I recommend it, just maybe not so much as an alternative. .

The upper has lost elasticity and now sags and no longer functions effectively. Only 2 months. Very disappointed as I expected more from Icebreaker. My old ones have lasted many years and have been great, it doesn't seem to be of such good quality.
