I like that it has customizable callouts for different messages or products in your ecommerce site with an intuitive drag & drop feature! It's very easy but sometimes you have some issues when adding custom CSS as well because of its responsive design so be aware before using this tool!! The tool is very simple to use and easy to customize for each user/visitor. It's really good at targeting your audience with relevant messages. I like that it can be used in different languages (English, Spanish). There are some minor bugs here or there that could improve its functionality if they want their software to become more popular. The best thing I like is that it can be used for any website or app - no matter what CMS you are using. It provides great insights into your data and allows us to make changes accordingly. You can also use this tool in combination with other marketing tools such as Mailchimp etc. If there is anything specific that we need to work on then they will help us out within 24 hours.
