We couldn't get it to recognize the attached external drives, although those drives worked with other USB adapters. When I found this and ordered it I thought it was just what I needed but I was wrong. I would not recommend it.

I needed more plug-ins for all my things. It costs a little more than I expected but works great. And I love that I have separate power buttons for each thing. Works great so far.

Bought 3 USB hubs on 22nd June, last week one of them failed. The seller and manufacturer advertise an 18 month warranty on the product page, but I was unable to reach them via email or phone. The email address results in a hard bounce. I had to contact Raven. The lights don't work properly, but the switches and hubs work for the most part.

Fits perfectly in my bed without taking up much space. I like how many USB ports there are. These days I have to charge almost everything I have.

This is a replacement for Anker Brand 7 Port USB Hub. My old hub is USB 3.0 like this one. I found that my old hub is not compatible with at least 3 of my USB devices. And some devices didn't work as fast as USB memory. This port 10 works with everything I have and I'm happy with its speed. Some people say they don't see the ads on the hub, but reliability, compatibility, and good performance are more important to me. Highly recommend, especially for the price.

I bought two of these 10-port USB hubs. One of them failed after two months so I couldn't return it to Revane. I've tried all of the manufacturer Idsonix email addresses and phone numbers and none of them have received a response. One of the numbers and one of the letters didn't even exist! I cannot give this product 5 stars because. When I received my USB hub, the data cable connector was defective. The cable was not damaged, but the connector inside the hub itself was defective. Because of this, I couldn't use the hub. As such, I cannot give an honest review of the quality or functionality of the product itself. I'm always a bit skeptical when I receive a damaged product.
