The seller kindly replaced the batteries in my cordless phones which were not getting enough charge. So far they seem to be working fine. If I have any problems with the batteries I just received I will let the seller know what is wrong with the batteries. Good customer service so far. I'm happy 😃

I have a Vtech phone and the batteries won't charge when I put the phone back on the base. So I ordered these batteries and when they arrived I put in two and right back to work and the phone worked again. It was a quick easy decision rather than buying new phones. That was about two weeks ago and I had no problems.

My mother's Panasonic rechargeable cordless home phone was broken and not working properly. I assumed it was the cell phone battery. I replaced both phones with these 4 packs and the phones are working fine again. A simple solution. Saved us buying a new cell phone. The original batteries lasted 8 years. I recommend these batteries for use in cordless home phones.

Rating refers to 4 x iMah AAA 1.2V 550mAh Ni-MH batteries. I have an old phone and based on all my research larger capacity batteries can cause bugs in my phone. I was very happy to find her as a direct replacement for what was already on the phone. I was working from home and had to make some long phone calls. I've never had to end a call because the batteries were low.
